In order to limit the space required to store metal sheets and to ensure convenient access to the sheets we have decided to introduce automatic metal sheet racks into use.
Unfortunately – we were unable to find any solutions on the market that would come forward our needs. We had to find a company that manufactures custom devices. Since we are such a company ourselves, our design office has developed a design of an automatic rack equipped with metal sheets loading and unloading elevators.
Ultimately we have produced two rack equipped with intuitive controls and automatic sheets inventorying system which has greatly accelerated and streamlined processing division’s operations. We are very pleased with the implementation of this project which will pay for itself shortly.
