We have completed the production of two ascending screw conveyors – thus adding further components to our customer’s new peanut butter production line.

How does it work?
✅ Nuts are unloaded from our Big Bag station to the dicing machine, where the first processing of the nut takes place.
✅ The screw conveyor then transports the crushed nuts at a 450-degree angle to the crusher.
✅ The crushed nuts then travel through a vibrating chute to the crushing unit – where peanut butter is created.
✅ The finished product lands in our tanks and, after cooling, goes straight to the filling machines.
